I started to practice mindfulness and be present in the moment, by dedicating specific times each day for mindfulness meditation, focusing on my breath or bodily sensations. I’m a beginner, but there is no hurry.
I wish to incorporate mindfulness into everyday activities, like eating or walking, by paying attention to the present moment without judgment.
To engage in deep listening during conversations, tuning into verbal and nonverbal cues with curiosity and empathy.
I’ll try to regularly check in with myself to notice any emotions or sensations arising, allowing myself to fully experience them without attachment. Hopefully, these practices will gradually sharpen my awareness and enhance my ability to pick up on subtle emotional cues in myself and others.
