Develop mobility

I believe that as long as I practice and have physical and mental mobility I will be able to remain healthy and useful to society. I can do well. When viewed through a broader lens, encompassing spirituality, inclusion, diversity, and religion, the significance of mobility becomes even more profound.

Why moving my body and mind matters?

Being able to move my body, think clearly and not to judge books by their covers it is really important to me. It helps me stay healthy, happy, and learn new things:

  • Moving my body is good for my heart, bones, and brain. It also helps me feel good about yourself, smile and make friends.
  • Thinking clearly helps me solve problems, handle tough times, and come up with new ideas. It’s like exercising my brain!
  • Meditating is like feeling connected to something bigger than myself and helps me feel calm, safe and happy. It’s like having a friend who always listens.
  • Being spiritually mobile, it allows me to connect with a deeper sense of purpose and meaning, fostering inner peace and resilience.
  • When I am well, I can help and transmit much more well to those around me. The mood is contagious.

Being physically, mentally and spiritually mobile, I will constantly train myself to become a more empathetic and resilient person, having a growth mindset that I seek to develop permanently.
